As an AI-Driven Designer you well take design challenges and turn them into scalable, AI-powered systems: automated workflows, reusable templates, and pipelines that the whole team can use. The goal is to make design faster, more consistent, and less dependent on doing the same thing twice.

This role is being the person who builds the tools by design  that make everyone else better.

Requirements

• AI is a core part of your daily workflow.
• You've built your own AI-assisted design systems and can walk us through them.
• When you solve a design problem, your instinct is to systematize it.
• Experience turning one-off design work into repeatable, automated workflows.
• Strong design execution across brand, marketing, and digital.
• A portfolio that shows the infrastructure behind the work.
• B.A. in Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
