Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including recording invoice, reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation.
- Manage all aspect of the subsidiaries accounts (mainly bank reconciliation & VAT accounts)
- Monthly closing, including monthly report and analysis on relevant accounts
- Manage intercompany transactions for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial close processes.
- Full ownership on the company PayEm cards, approval and reconciliation
- Assist with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper
- At least 3 years of proven bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in hi-tech global companies
- Proficiency in NetSuite – mandatory
- Professional level English - ability to communicate with customers and suppliers abroad
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
