Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations: reception, space reservations, meetings/events, maintenance, cleaning, courier services, supplies, catering, travel, parking, and security.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure all office equipment is functional and up to date.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage billing/procurement (including car fleet and telecom).
- Handle vendor inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support internal company events and team activities.
- Provide general assistance to both visitors and employees.
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming work environment, moral and personal support for employees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- 1–2 years expirenece in similar roles; office/admin management experience preferred.
- BA – an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
