Product Marketing Manager

MarketingTel Aviv
Description

Appcharge is the direct-to-consumer platform for mobile games.

We help game studios sell digital goods directly to their players , skipping the 30% store commissions from Apple and Google. That means more revenue for studios, and a closer connection to the players who love their games.

Appcharge powers web stores and in-app payments for over a third of the world’s top-grossing mobile titles. Backed by $89M from leading investors and publishers like Supercell and Playrix, we’ve grown 14x in the past year and now process over half a billion dollars annually.

We’re growing fast, building with intention, and helping the biggest names in gaming take back control of their business.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the production of high-quality sales and marketing materials, including decks, one-pagers, videos, landing pages, and more. You will also manage the public launch of new features, ensuring clear communication of value to clients and prospects.

  • Own the creation of sales enablement assets to support the business development and product teams.
  • Lead the execution of feature launches — including messaging, positioning, and promotion across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D teams to craft messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Produce and manage content for marcom channels, including social media, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency in communication across all marketing assets.
  • Build and maintain web-facing content such as landing pages, feature pages, and product education content.
  • Support and evolve interactive demo assets (e.g., demo web stores / sandbox storefronts) used for sales and marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the gaming industry (mobile games strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of mobile game monetization and payments strategy, including how studios think about pricing, offers, live ops, and revenue growth.
  • Proven experience building strong messaging and positioning for a product, feature, or platform.
  • Strong AI usage for strategy, research, and asset creation (not optional, daily habit)
  • Strong copywriting skills with native-level English (or equivalent professional fluency).
  • Experience producing high-quality marketing and sales assets (decks, one-pagers, landing pages, etc.).
  • Comfortable owning website and web content work: writing, structuring, collaborating with design, and shipping updates.
  • Experience working with interactive demo environments (e.g., demo stores, sandbox products, clickable prototypes, or similar).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex product details and translate them into clear customer value.
  • A self-starter with a shipping mentality, you take ownership and execute quickly.
  • Great at enlisting help from peers and driving work cross-functionally (strong matrix management skills).
