Give Away Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the promotional giveaway ("Appcharge Giveaway"or "Giveaway") conducted by Appcharge Ltd. ("Appcharge"). By participating in the Appcharge Give Away, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE THE GIVE AWAY PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE POSSIBILITY TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE GIVEAWAY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

1. Give away prizes

a. Appcharge will give away to the eligible winners one (1) paper shredder ( MUJI Handheld Shredder) or any equivalent, at Appcharge discretion, and one (1) bill of a hundred (100) US Dollars (the "'Prize").

b. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.

c. Appcharge reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable, lower or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. Eligibility

a. The Giveaway is open to residents of Applicable Territories as defined hereafter aged 18 and over.

b. The giveaway is limited to the resident of the following territories: US, Singapore, Israel, South Korea, Cyprus, Finland, United Kingdom, Germany, France.

c. Employees of Appcharge and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

3. Entrance Process

a. Participants must fill out the Form available on Appcharge relevant landing page and provide relevant information in order to qualify and receive the prize. Participants understand and agree that any incomplete or inaccurate information provided as part of the form will disqualify them from receiving the prize.

b. The giveaway application Form shall be submitted by participants between January 19, 2026 00:00 AM IL Time and February 7, 2026 11:59 PM IL Time. (the "Entry Period").

4. Winner Selection & Notification

a. Fifty (50) Winners will be selected on a first come first serve criteria from all eligible entries as defined in Section 2 and 3 herein. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms, the potential winner(s) will be declared the official winner(s) of the Appcharge Giveaway (each, a "Winner").

b. Giveaway Prizes will be limited to one (1) Prize per person, family or household.

c. Winners will be contacted privately via email by Appcharge.

d. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their Prize and must provide all relevant information as required by Appcharge in order to proceed to the shipping of the Prize ("Prize Notification") .

e. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of issuance , fails to provide Appcharge all information necessary to verify eligibility and/or receive the Prize or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Appcharge's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable give away.

f. Each potential winner may be required to provide identification to Appcharge. Failure to submit any identification required by Appcharge or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Terms or the return of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Appcharge's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable giveaway.

5. Prize Collection

a. Any valuation of the Prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to Appcharge, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules. To the extent applicable, each winner must provide Appcharge with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded

b. Appcharge shall only be responsible for shipping costs of the Prize to the winner but Participants understands and agree that Appcharge will not be liable or responsible for any costs incurred by the winner to collect their prize.

6. Disqualification

a. Participants understand and agree that entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, or non-compliant with these terms may be disqualified.

b. Appcharge is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, technical failures, computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Giveaway. Appcharge is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Appcharge is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway or downloading materials from, or use of, a website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any advertising or promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, govern and control.

c. Participants or winners using multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate entries will be removed.

d. By participating in the give away, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Appcharge personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the give away, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Appcharge will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the give away and Appcharge's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the give away is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Appcharge, Appcharge reserves the right to terminate this , or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Appcharge deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Appcharge and are final. Appcharge may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this give away is a violation of applicable laws. Should such an attempt be made, Appcharge reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Data Protection

a. Personal data will be used solely for administering the giveaway and arranging prize collection and all information provided will be subject to Appcharge's Privacy Policy unless agreed otherwise by the Participants.

b. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Appcharge and all other entities from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages or losses that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Appcharge Giveaway or from the receipt or use of any Prize awarded. Each entrant (irrespective of whether or not such entrant wins a Prize), grants to Appcharge an independent, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferrable, non-exclusive, worldwide right (but not obligation) and license to publicize and use such entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability

a. Appcharge shall not be liable for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, technical issues, delivery delays and or any disfunctionalities of the shredders.

b. Entrants acknowledge the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the shredder manufacturer or brand.

c. By participating in the give away and submitting an entry, participants agree (i) to be bound by these Terms, including all entry requirements, (ii) to waive any and all claims against the Appcharge for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in any give away or from the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof); and (iii) that Appcharge have made or make or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, relative to any giveaway or any Prizes to be awarded to the Winner(s) thereof, including but not limited to, their quality or fitness or merchantability, and all such Prizes are tendered on an "as is" basis. By entering this give away , you give your express permission to be contacted by Appcharge by telephone, email and/or postal mail for the give away purposes. Each Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, grants to Appcharge and its designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state/territory/province of residence), photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

d. By participating in the Appcharge Giveaway, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Appcharge from any and all liability arising out of or relating in any way to the entrant's participation in the Giveaway. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (b) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING THIS GIVEAWAY AND/OR RECEIVING A PRIZE, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (c) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED

9. General

a. Appcharge may amend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances require. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

b. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
