Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2024

Introduction

This refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) outlines the terms under which Appcharge Ltd. (“Appcharge” or “we”) may grant refunds to their end users (“End Users” or “you”/”your”). Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making purchases through our platform.

Refund Period

You may refund any purchase only within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the purchased item. Refund requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Request

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@Appcharge.com. In your refund notification, ensure you provide the payment date of the order, the date of order receipt, a clear list of the items slated for cancellation, the reference number of the order, and your full name.

Refund Conditions

A refund is permitted in the following cases:

  1. If the purchased item has not been received.
  2. In case of a duplicate payment processing (i.e. two transactions within 1 minute of each other for the same item):

In any other case we do not permit a refund, including, without limitation, if:

  • You forgot to deactivate a subscription
  • The purchased item is not as you imagined it to be.

2. Effects of Cancellation

  • Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method utilized for the transaction, and you will not be subjected to any fees associated with the reimbursement. We do not permit sending a refund to an alternative account. If you find yourself in a situation requiring a refund to a different destination due to an initial non-refundable method, please be aware that fees associated with this transfer will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds may take up to 60 working days to show on your account, depending on the payment method.

3. EU/UK Right to Withdraw

If you are a resident of the UK, European Economic Area, or European Union, you are entitled to exercise your right to withdraw from any purchase made through our services in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Pursuant to EU regulations, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receiving the goods or, in the case of digital content, from the date of concluding the contract. However, it is important to note that this right of withdrawal does not extend to online digital content if you have started downloading or streaming it and have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the performance of the contract. Once the digital content has been provided, and you have given your consent to commence the performance, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse payments within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

To initiate the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intent to withdraw from the contract. This should be done by providing a clear and unambiguous statement, which can be transmitted via email to support@appcharge.com

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it suffices to dispatch your communication regarding your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.
