Last Update: 01/11/2025
Introduction
This refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) outlines the terms under which Appcharge Ltd. (“Appcharge” or “we”) may grant refunds to its end users (“End Users” or “you”/”your”). Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing on our platform.
2. Refund Period
You may refund any purchase only within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the purchased item. Refund requests received after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to issue a Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our customer support at help@appcharge.com. In your refund notification, ensure you include the order payment date, the date of order receipt, a clear list of the items slated for cancellation, the order reference number, and your full name.
4. Appcharge Refund Conditions
A refund is permitted in the following cases:
- If the purchased item has not been received.
- For pre-orders that have not yet been delivered, you may request a refund at any time up to the official game release date. After the game is released, any refund request will be handled under the general refund rules set out in this Refund Policy.
Cases where a Refund is not permitted, include, without limitation:
- You forgot to deactivate a subscription
- The purchased item is not as you imagined it to be.
- Technical problems with the game – refund is not allowed - in such a case, report directly to the publisher.
- The purchased item is “not what I thought”, or “I can't use this”
5. Effects of Cancellation
- Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction, and you will not be charged any fees associated with the reimbursement. We do not permit refunds to be sent to an alternative account.
- Refunds may take up to 60 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
6. EU/UK Right to Withdraw
If you are a resident of the UK, European Economic Area, or European Union, you are entitled to exercise your right to withdraw from any purchase made through our services in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Pursuant to EU regulations, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receiving the goods or, in the case of digital content, from the date of concluding the contract. However, it is important to note that this right of withdrawal does not extend to online digital content if you have started downloading or streaming it and have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the performance of the contract. Once the digital content has been provided, and you have given your consent to commence the performance, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.
Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse payments within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
To initiate the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intent to withdraw from the contract. This should be done by providing a clear and unambiguous statement, which can be transmitted via email to help@appcharge.com.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it suffices to dispatch your communication regarding your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.
