We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join a two-person design team and hit the ground running. You have strong marketing instincts, deep execution experience, and AI is a core part of how you work - not a bonus skill.

This isn't a role where you'll be figuring things out from scratch - there's a strong foundation here. What we're looking for is someone who can walk in, plug in naturally, and push the work further.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a marketing designer in tech or SaaS.
• AI-native: AI is embedded in your process - and every design is built for what's next.
• You have your own AI-assisted workflow and can walk us through it.
• Strong execution across ads, landing pages, email, social, and decks.
• Mature, self-directed - you own your work and integrate smoothly into an existing team.
• A portfolio that shows both design craft and AI-augmented output.
• B.A. in Visual Communication
